SmartTenant is preparing its ICO registration details for launch. Any ICO registration wording or logo treatment is intentionally disabled until registration is completed and confirmed.

What you can request
- Deletion of your SmartTenant account.
- Deletion of some or all personal data linked to your account, without closing the account where this is possible.
- Restriction of data where immediate deletion is not available due to legal, accounting, tenancy, dispute, or safety obligations.
How to make a request
Email enquiries@smarttenant.co.uk from the address linked to your SmartTenant account. Include your name, account email, user type, and whether you want account deletion or deletion of specific data.
What happens next
Smart Property Software Ltd will verify your identity, log the request, review whether any legal retention obligations apply, and confirm the outcome. Standard response target is within one calendar month.
Important limits
Some tenancy, payment, compliance, audit, and safety records may need to be retained or restricted for lawful reasons. Where full deletion is not available, we will explain the reason and apply minimisation or restriction where appropriate.
